KADA online can be accessed at www.kadaofficial.com. The site enables buyers to shop for items including clothes, shoes and accessories ("the products”) online and have them delivered door-to-door, to your nearest post office or via pick-up points within South Africa. All visitors to the site (“customers" or "you") will be able to see the products on offer.
By accessing the website at www.kadaofficial.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. All users are bound by these terms and conditions ("T&Cs"). By registering, or using the site at all, you recognise that you've read, accepted and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs. Should there be any clause in these T&Cs that you do not understand, the onus is on you to ask KADA to please explain the relevant clause to you before you accept the T&Cs by using or buying from the site.

KADA makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
3.Accuracy of materials
The materials appearing on Shop Brett Robson website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Shop Brett Robson does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Shop Brett Robson may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Shop Brett Robson does not make any commitment to update the materials.
4.Products and Availability
Please note that the stock of all items on offer is limited. KADA will make all reasonable attempts to ensure that offers are brought to an end when stock runs out. If it happens that KADA is unable to fulfill any order at the advertised price because stock is sold out, KADA will inform you via email and you'll be entitled to a reimbursement for the Rand value you have paid for such product. This is described in more detail under Section **,Delivery and Returns.
WHAT WE’RE BASICALLY TRYING TO SAY IS:
We love to shop and to stock but there a few rules; 1. We have some well worded T&C’s and when you use the site you’re are giving us a thumbs up letting us know you’ve Read, understood and accepted them. 3. We only stock what we know you love and as things that are loved tend to go, sometimes it runs out, especially when they’re special-and on special. We work on a make-on-order system, if a product is not in stock it can be made for you within 7 days. You will be notified if that product is not in stock and can be made for you before you purchase. Refunds on make-on-order items will only be given if the product is later that 7 days (and the amount of days it took to deliver the item) or does not meet standard construction requirements or is missing a vital component, more on this in Section ***, Delivery& Returns.
1. Buying products
Shop til you drop, add all the products your heart desires to your cart, submit your order and as soon as we’ve received your payment, BA-DA-BING BA-DA-BANG you’re new threads are on the way.
2. Delivery and Returns
Shipping costs for refunds are at the cost of the customer, shipping costs for exchanges are free the first time.
**Returns / Exchanges will not be facilitated after 7 days of the customer receiving an item
**PLEASE NOTE ALL SALE PURCHASES ARE FINAL. No returns, exchanges or refunds.
**NO returns, refunds or exchanges on accessories (belts & chains) & bralettes
**Courier/Shipping fees will not be refunded

If you have chosen Fastway you order can be tracked online via www.fastway.co.za. Once your order has been picked up by the courier, you will receive an email notification. Click "View Your Order" to view the tracking number. When you click the tracking number, it will take you to the Fastway website where you will be able to view the status of your shipment.
Please note, it takes up to 6 hours for the tracking link to become active.
Spending your last dime on that dress that you absolutely have to have and then having a delivery costs added to that, makes all of us cringe. Until teleportations becomes inexpensive and publicly feasible, it is a cost we have to add on. Determined by you address a list of transport costs have been provided for you. Choose the one most fitting and your threads will soon be on the way.
