PARADISE HILLZ
Once in a while during the still of the sunrise or the murmer of the sunset or simply during the summer when the heat tries to fry us all, the house and more specifically the garden starts to feel almost paradise like.

I live in a quaint, quite little house placed neatly on top of a hill and whilst it can be seen as too quiet or too damm lifeless for some young people (myself included) sometimes it feels like a paradise.

I'm almost remotely certain that's how J.Cole felt felt/feels about his home lest he would've named his album Forest Hills Drive. Perhaps I'm completely wrong. I generally prefer an industrial backdrop but because of a lack of industrial vibe places in and around the area we were stuck trying to figure out how we're going to create an industrial type of look. 3 Moodboards some tea and a lot of Pinterest later we decided that instead we we're going to embrace the greenery surrounding my house and go for a completely "naturific" look. Whilst I refused to go for a more naturific outfit the greenery made for a rather splendid back drop creating a great contrast between the black and white which can seem very "I work in a restaurant" if not paired with a suitable backdrop. |
